- We offer competitive project-based pricing. We also offer an hourly rate beginning at $155 per hour not including additional project expenses.

Habitat Restoration Project Management for Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock State Park Restoration Site, Monroe County, FL, Environmental Inspector
We developed the contractor’s scope of work and provided daily contractor oversight and environmental compliance documentation for conducting demolition and debris removal activities within the park, as required by USFWS. Work included field monitoring and oversight for all contractor activities, ensuring compliance with permit and USFWS BO criteria, including construction protection provisions for the Key Largo woodrat and Key Largo cotton mouse, as well as oversight of debris disposal into designated fill sites.
Vegetation Assessment and Management, Lower Matecumbe Site, FDOT D6, Environmental Scientist
We conducted contractor oversight for vegetation management on a 6-acre property in the Florida Keys, including identifying and reporting management considerations.
Landscape Consultant, City of Dania Beach, Project Manager
We provided reviews of landscape plans for new proposed developments for compliance with the city code, reviewed and authorized tree removal licenses, provided technical support to the Code Compliance Unit for violations of the City's Tree Protection ordinance, conducted field landscape inspections of newly installed vegetation, identified hazardous trees and coordinated tree maintenance activities with the Public Services.
City of Key West Tree Inventory, Assessment, and Management Plan, Project Manager
This project included a GPS-based tree inventory gathering over 30 data fields for over 3000 trees, data compilation in GIS format, and iTree Streets analysis report. Work also included working closely with City staff to develop a Tree Management Plan which included recommendations for new plantings in vacant planting spaces, pruning and removal priority levels and areas, and a summary of best management practices for managing tree health, increasing tree canopy, and promoting canopy diversity.
Consulting City Arborist, City of South Miami, Project Manager
We provided municipal arborist support for all trees and landscaping on both public and private property within the City. Work includes working closely with City staff to revise and update City tree code and policy, performing tree health inspections, reviewing tree removal permits and calculating mitigation requirements, and providing technical support to the Code Compliance Unit for violations of the City's Tree Protection ordinance.
Statewide Arborist Services for Vegetation Management Permitting, FDOT Central Office, Project Manager
We provided support to the FDOT Central Office for the statewide vegetation management permitting program, pertaining to outdoor advertising locations. Work includes conducting field landscape evaluations within FDOT right of way to determine the size, species, quality, and appraised value of landscape vegetation. Work also includes evaluation of proposed applications, including plan review, for vegetation maintenance and removal practices, for compliance with State Statute and permit requirements.
Grove Isle Bridge Rehabilitation Permitting, Metric Engineering (Grove Isle), Miami-Dade County, FL, Environmental Scientist
Conducted a wetland delineation, seagrass survey, benthic habitat survey, and delineated extents of mangroves for a privately-owned bridge rehabilitation project in Miami-Dade County. Tasks include coordinating with federal, state and local agencies, obtaining permit exemptions from the USACE and SFWMD, and preparing a DERM Class I permit application.
Myers Mangrove Restoration/Mitigation, Stuart FL, Environmental Scientist
Provided oversite of invasive species removal and mangrove planting for a mitigation area. Conducted annual monitoring inspections and prepared reports of site progress and compliance.
